Linear Alkyle Benzene (LAB) & Sulphuric acid are fed in proportion & controlled manner through a recycle venturi by a reaction loop pump into battery of digestion tubes. Reaction is axothermic & temperature is controlled by cold water circulation through heat exchangers. Reacted mass is further digested & continuously diluted in dilutor & separated by continuous gravity separation.

Linear Alkyle Benzene (LAB) & Sulphuric acid are dosed through a batch tank into a Reactor & recycled through Loop Pump through a Heat Exchanger till reaction is complete. Digested mass is transferred to a Batch Dilutor for addition of water & gravity separated in the same vessel.
